My friend Lily is six years old and she has something she calls a Happy Box.  She says she keeps her favorite treasures in it.
 
We should all have some version of a Happy Box.  It can be an actual box… or just metaphorical Happy Box.
 
When I’m upset, I forget what I need to do to help myself.  So in my “box", I have nature, fresh air, meditation, prayer and music.
