After a three year gestation period, I’ve finally given birth to
the first episode of the Wake Up to Your Life podcast.
I spent years living on auto-pilot, in the same habits and patterns. As a result, I wasn’t living the life that I imagined for myself.
In this first episode I talk about why I was stuck and and how I began to “wake up” to another way of living. My hope is my personal stories and experience as a life coach and TV host will help you awaken to what it is you want more of in your life.
By no means do I have it all figured out. But I have learned some strategies that have helped me get past my anxiety and self-doubt. And I want you to have these tools too. Let’s wake up to our lives… together!
