Lean into the ache... don't try to outrun it.
Love is all that matters.
Your relationships need to be nurtured.
Make peace with your body. She's the only one you get.
Forgiveness is mandatory. I know it sucks. But you have to learn how to do it.
These are a few things I'm talking about as I turn 52 years old. They are lessons for all of us.
