Sending your kids off to college is bittersweet.
On the one hand, you're so proud! You wanted this to happen. It's the order of things.
On the other hand, you feel sad. You're not sure what to do with yourself. I get it. Both of my kids are off to stupid college.
In this episode, I offer some things to help you with this transition. This is even relevant if you have younger kids who are going to kindergarten for the first time, middle school or high school.
